Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery of the product. Notice must be given in writing to info@smyrnamint.com.

2. Conditions for Accepting a Return: The product must be returned unused, unscratched and undamaged, complete with its original box, packaging and certificate where applicable, together with the invoice. Returns that do not meet these conditions are not accepted, or any loss in value of the product is deducted from the refund.

3. Products Outside the Scope of Return: All products manufactured to the buyer's request for a person or an organisation (medallions carrying a name, logo, portrait, place or similar personalisation, and custom designs produced to order) fall outside the right of withdrawal under Article 15/1-c of the Distance Contracts Regulation and cannot be returned. Custom production begins with the buyer's approval; once production has started, cancellation is not accepted.

4. Return Shipping Cost: In the event of withdrawal, return shipping is paid by the buyer. The product should be sent by Yurtici Kargo to: Tuna Mah. Sanat Cad. Camdibi Is Merkezi No:1/O Camdibi, 35090 Bornova / Izmir.

5. Refund: Once a product meeting the return conditions has reached us and been inspected, the amount is refunded within 14 days by the same method used for payment. A product that does not meet the conditions is sent back to the buyer at the buyer's expense.

6. Damage in Transit: Where a product arrives damaged, responsibility rests with us; however, a report must be drawn up with the courier at the moment of delivery and we must be notified within 24 hours. Damage claims without a report are not considered.

7. All technical specifications, dimensions and material details of the products are stated clearly on the product pages. Small differences in surface and tone arising from handwork are not defects and are not grounds for return.
